TPE Barber booking system

A booking, membership and checkout system built for TPE Barber in Taipei. It replaced a rented third-party service and took over more than 4,000 member records. Customers book through LINE login, and the shop uses the same system for checkout, member tiers and stored value. At month end, each barber's revenue and commission are calculated on screen and exported as a report. The architecture is multi-tenant, ready for other shops later.

Custom software or an existing SaaS product?

Use an existing product when your process is standard and the tool covers most of what you need. Consider custom software when you must change how you operate to fit the tool, or when the monthly fee grows quickly with scale.

Can you migrate data from our old system?

Yes. We have migrated thousands of member records from a third-party membership system. We run a trial, verify the data and then switch.

Will the launch disrupt operations?

We prepare a switch plan and a fallback, schedule the switch for off-peak hours and keep a way to roll back.

Can we build part of it first and extend later?

Yes, and we recommend it. Launch the core process first, use it, then decide what comes next.

Can we sell the system to others later?

Yes. Tell us at the start, and the data architecture will be multi-tenant.

Do you take international projects?

Yes. We take projects in Taiwan and abroad, including Dubai and Europe. We work in English or Chinese, and the whole process can be remote.
